Celebration of Boats, Steam, Blacksmiths and Engines

The biennial All Steamed Up Festival is a celebration of steam, engines, boats and blacksmiths.

The 2018 event will be the third festival held in Mannum by the Mannum Dock Museum.
Over 150 volunteers devote their time to preserving Murray River maritime heritage as Mannum is the birthplace of the paddle steamer,  PS Mary Ann built by Captain William Randell in 1853. Mannum is the home of the first steam car with a differential, the Shearer Steam Carriage built in 1898 by the Shearer Brothers.
Museum volunteers are producing an operational replica of the Shearer Carriage to be launched at the All Steamed Up Festival and will create a long lasting interpretative attraction for the Museum for future years.
The two day event will see engine displays lining the streets and for the first time vintage tractors, traction engines and steam trucks parading around the picturesque Mary Ann riverside reserve along with  live entertainment all weekend from State, Regional and Local bands.

EVENT ENTRY COST $5.00 ADULTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 12 FREE
